Technical details

A safety product that measures the deceleration of a vehicle under breaking. In the event of severe emergency braking conditions the BHR will activate the vehicle Hazard Warning light, warning other vehicles approaching from behind of potential collision hazard.

The BHR works by automatically switching on the Hazard Warning Lights if the vehicle has to brake severely in an emergency. The Hazard Warning Lights then continue to flash after the vehicle has released its brakes and the brake lights have turned off.

This will warn vehicles approaching from behind of the impending danger of a stationary or slow moving vehicles in front and help to prevent a rear end collision. The BHR will turn off the Hazard Warning Lights and revert back to it's normal setting after 10 seconds. Normal functioning of the Hazards Lights is not effected by the BHR.
