Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy

The Integrated Management System (IMS) POLICY establishes that, in line with the Company’s mission, the management of all corporate processes must comply with the principles and requirements of the Integrated Management System, according to the standards ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 – ISO 45001.
This system governs all organizational and technical activities throughout the company in a systematic, planned and documented way, aimed at achieving the following purposes:

  • Continuous improvement of process management methods to achieve increasingly better qualitative and quantitative results;
  • Attainment of a high level of effectiveness and efficiency in all activities carried out, ensuring a sound quality/price ratio and full compliance with the commitments undertaken with Customers and with all applicable legal requirements.

Achieving the objectives defined in this Policy is made possible through the precise and consistent application of what is reported in the Manual, which defines and describes the Quality Management System implemented within our company.
Top Management is committed to pursuing the full implementation and continuous evolution of the Integrated Management System, in order to consolidate and enhance the Company’s image, also through the commitment and professionalism of all personnel.

Quality represents, for AUTOELETTRIC S.r.l., both an objective and a strategic tool to achieve:

  • Customer satisfaction (internal and external) and excellence in results;
  • Respect, protection and promotion of Occupational Health & Safety;
  • Respect, protection and promotion of the Environment;
  • Maximum energy efficiency in the operation of company infrastructures and resources.

To achieve these goals, the General Management (DG) of AUTOELETTRIC S.r.l. has identified the following fundamental general objectives, valid for the entire organization:

  • Provide services that comply with customer-defined requirements and are suitable for meeting their needs;
  • Maintain constant attention to customer requirements;
  • Continuously monitor suppliers of raw materials and external processing;
  • Ensure maximum punctuality in service delivery to customers;
  • Guarantee maximum flexibility in service provision (responding as quickly as possible to requests) and maximum support for the rapid resolution of complaints and issues;
  • Continuously improve efficiency, using available resources without excessive waste, while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws;
  • Meet all requirements necessary to implement a Policy aimed at environmental protection, improving energy and water consumption where possible, and reducing waste generation;
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for the prevention of health and safety risks in the workplace;
  • Commit to complying with all applicable legal and other requirements relevant to the Company’s quality, safety and environmental aspects;
  • Establish and maintain a company culture oriented toward Quality, Safety and Environmental protection, through the dissemination of this Policy and the sharing of continuous improvement objectives;
  • Promote and maintain an active process of continuous improvement aimed at achieving clearly defined objectives.

Specific Objectives for Occupational Health & Safety

Regarding safety, the General Management (DG) of AUTOELETTRIC S.r.l. has identified the following fundamental objectives, valid for the entire organization:

  • Promote continuous improvement of health and safety performance in all workplaces, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Inform and train all personnel on the Occupational Health & Safety Management System and its application within the Company (all sites and workplaces);
  • Always operate with an adequate level of safety, promoting at all levels a strong sense of proactivity toward safety;
  • Manage workplaces, and design and implement modifications or new activities, taking into account all safety aspects;
  • Ensure systematic evaluation of workplace safety performance through the implementation of a monitoring system, used to trigger continuous improvement actions;
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, contractors and workers to improve workplace safety;
  • Cooperate with the contracting authority to establish and update emergency and safety procedures.

Management Commitments

To support the achievement of these objectives, the General Management (DG) of AUTOELETTRIC S.r.l. undertakes to:

  • Define, review and maintain constantly updated strategic guidelines appropriate to the organization’s purposes, as outlined in this Quality, Safety and Environmental Policy;
  • Ensure the continuous growth and development of the Company;
  • Provide the resources necessary to perform and control activities and to support their ongoing improvement;
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Communicate internally the Company’s objectives and commitments through the dissemination of this Quality, Safety and Environmental Policy, ensuring it is understood and supported at all levels of the organization;
  • Ensure that this document is made available to the public.

The General Management (DG) believes that the primary tool to effectively implement these guidelines is the maintenance and application of an Integrated System, documented and compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 – ISO 45001.

Everyone contributes to achieving Company Quality throughout all phases of service delivery, through the effective and efficient application of the Integrated Management System and the continuous improvement of working methods, knowledge and experience.

General Management (DG) considers this Policy to be the reference framework for managing the Company’s Quality System and for the annual definition and review of its specific objectives.

This Policy is communicated to all employees of AUTOELETTRIC S.r.l. and made available to all relevant interested parties.

The Company has also established a Code of Conduct, considered fundamental for achieving the objectives in line with this Policy. Personnel and collaborators of AUTOELETTRIC S.r.l. follow this Code, which is shared together with this Policy:

  • Build customer relationships based on productive Company-to-Company collaboration;
  • Address problems by identifying common points and mediating differences fairly, always seeking to build rather than destroy;
  • Maintain ethical and impartial relations with suppliers, avoiding personal relationships that may lead to favoritism or discrimination, while ensuring that all interactions remain within the corporate framework;
  • Carry out one’s work with commitment and passion, collaborating constructively with colleagues, intervening, supporting and correcting when necessary, and avoiding waste of company resources;
  • Prevent and reduce health and safety risks by:
    • Preventing risks at the source, during design, choice of materials, methods and technologies;
    • Ensuring workplaces are suitable, safe and ergonomic;
    • Protecting worker health through ongoing medical monitoring and evaluation;
    • Reducing workplace accidents and occupational illnesses;
    • Respecting the environment;
    • Contributing to energy conservation.
