Whistleblowing Procedure

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023

In accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, and for the purpose of identifying potential risks and preventing possible harm to the Company, its employees, business partners, and any entities with which it cooperates, AUTOELETTRIC S.r.l. – SOCIETA’ UNIPERSONALE (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company” or “Autoelettric”) has established a dedicated internal whistleblowing channel for the reporting of unlawful, unethical, or improper conduct.

This whistleblowing channel is intended to allow the reporting of acts or omissions that may be detrimental to the Company, contrary to the public interest, or prejudicial to the integrity of public administration.

Reports may be submitted through the following methods:

  • In writing, by sending a report in a sealed envelope via registered mail with return receipt, clearly indicating the alleged violation, to the following address: Via Cengio no. 15, 36100 Vicenza (Italy) for the attention of Studio Legale Casa & Associati, appointed as the external whistleblowing report manager;
  • Orally, by telephone, by calling the following number: +39 0444 513233.

Further information regarding the types of violations that may be reported, as well as the procedures governing the management of the whistleblowing channel and the handling of reports, is set out in the documents listed below.

All reports shall be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion, in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations on data protection and whistleblower protection.
